Your Contact Information

If you are a current TUD customer, can we contact you in the event of an emergency? Make sure we have all your current contact information on file by completing the attached Customer Service Contact Information form and sending it to the TUD offices. Click here to download form.

Starting Your Service – It’s Easy!

If you have existing water/sewer service, just give one of our friendly customer service members a call at 532-5536 (Monday thru Friday, 7am to 4pm) and they will be glad to setup your account. If you do not have a water or sewer connection, you will need to complete a Water/Sewer Application and meet with our customer service engineer (located at the TUD office) to determine connection fees.

Tenant/Renter

If your landowner is a TUD customer, you may have your water/sewer billing sent directly to you by completing a Tenant Water/Sewer Application. An $80.00 deposit for water service and $60.00 for sewer service is required. Your landowner will need to have an Owner Application and Owner Consent Form, on file with TUD before we can accept your Tenant Water/Sewer Application. Click Owners Papers to print out these forms, complete and fax them to TUD's Customer Service staff at 209-536-6485.

Billing Information

Water Meter

For water service charges will be rendered to users at bi-monthly intervals. Once you receive your account statement, bills are due and payable upon receipt and shall become delinquent thirty (30) days after the posted statement. Payment Types

  • Check or money order
  • Cash or check is accepted at our office located at 18885 Nugget Blvd. during regular business hours, (7am to 4pm) Monday thru Friday.
  • After Hours Drop Box: For your convenience, we have an “After Hours” drop box located in the front parking lot area.
  • Credit Card Payment: TUD offers the option to pay your bill with a major credit card. A convenience fee of $3.95 will be added by the credit card processor for using this payment option. To utilize this option you will need your credit card, your TUD account number and the digits of the service address.
